Alexander Daniels are proud to be supporting our manufacturing client in Willenhall to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full-time, permanent basis with Fridays off!
Reporting into the Finance Manager, and working as part of a small and friendly team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and supplier payments from the start to the end of the AP process.
This role is perfect for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk confident in using manual and automated AP processes to reconcile GRNI and PIR provisions.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role using both manual and automated processes and will be confident with using Excel to prepare reports.
The business offers a local and friendly working environment along with excellent benefits and a 4 day working week! The working hours are Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5pm.
