Job Description

Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of a industrial services company, in Wolverhampton. This role is a temporary opportunity for a minimum of 3-6 months, with a strong possiblity of temporary to permanent employment.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be expected to take full ownership of the purchase ledger process.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately processing a high volume of purchase invoices using Sage200
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with all invoice queries, and liasising with internal stakeholders to resolve such queries
  • Mangaging and maintaing supplier relationships
  • General administration for the team as and when requested by management

This is a great role working in a close-knit finance team, offering 25 days holiday, company pension alongside other benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar high-volume purchase ledger role, and will be familiar with overseeing the full purchase ledger process.

Please note, it is a full-time, onsite role in Wolverhampton and candidates who are immediately available or have 1-2 weeks’ notice periods will be considered.
