Credit Controller

Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of a supplier in Wolverhampton on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Credit Supervisor and working as part of a friendly Credit team some duties include:

• Chasing outstanding debt across ledgers, ensuring debt is no older than 30 days overdue against terms.
• Working to a monthly cash and aged debt target.
• Cross reference of receipts.
• Cash allocation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice queries and raise credit notes, whilst maintaining and building relationships with the customer base.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping to maintain efficiency within the department.
• Performing any other duties as requested by management.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide examples of working in fast-paced environments, will have excellent interpersonal skills and will have a desire to progress within the field of credit.

This role is in the office full-time so candidates will need to be able to commute to the site. The benefits includes a competitive salary of up to £28,000, a performance-based bonus and plenty of development/ learning opportunities.
