Credit Controller

Alexander Daniels is recruiting for a Credit Controller on a full-time basis for a leading wholesaler based in Warwick. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for collecting cash and keeping overdue debt to a minimum, building strong and long-lasting relationships with customers and aiding the company’s cash flow.

Your daily duties will include:

• Chasing large volumes of outstanding debt on your ledger predominantly by telephone but also by email where necessary
• Monitoring customer credit limits
• Interpreting information, data and reporting
• Taking incoming calls to resolve queries
• Statement reconcilliation
• Credit Check analysis

The ideal candidate must be confident and have a strong outgoing personality, with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to meet month-end deadlines. They should have hands-on experience working with a computerised accounting system and be proficient in using Excel and V-lookup tables.
