• Experienced working in a credit control or debt collection environment
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Eligible to work in the UK

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Working alongside a fast-paced finance team assisting with queries and the collection of outstanding monies owed
• Ensuring all outstanding accounts are chased appropriately
• Producing and completing monthly credit control reports
• Maintain business records in accordance with established company protocols
• Promptly escalate any concerns in line with company policies
• Assist in the resolution of unallocated funds and provide support during collection processes
• Address and resolve inquiries from the business, extending call support when necessary
• Convene regular departmental forums to promptly tackle emerging issues.
• Efficiently handle and process payment requests
