I am working with one of the UK’s leadING retailers to recruit a highly motivated individual to take on a dynamic role in Leicester, managing large-scale operations and driving innovation in financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

As our Finance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing and payment of approximately 500k supplier invoices annually.

You will also manage banking operations with precision, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations across approximately 100 banks.

As we strive for efficiency, we encourage you to drive innovation through automation (RPA/AI) or leveraging outsourcing teams. You will lead cash management and transactional accounting within stringent organizational controls and compliance frameworks.

**Your Skills Set Should Include:**

We are looking for someone with a numerate mindset and expertise in managing high-value invoice processing systems. You must be able to navigate complexities confidently to be successful in this role.

Change management is essential to the role, and you must be a champion of continuous improvement, adept at implementing innovative solutions that support business growth without compromising on service quality or team success.

Leadership excellence is also a key attribute, and you should bring over five years of experience inspiring operational teams towards peak performance whilst fostering personal development amidst fast-paced challenges. Finally, you must be able to establish enduring relationships internally and externally via influential discussions at all levels to bolster company objectives seamlessly alongside stakeholder expectations.
