Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring financial integrity and driving operational excellence.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, controlling, audit, and financial reporting.
• ERP Implementation: Lead the successful implementation of an ERP system and establish robust financial frameworks and processes.
• Strategic Decision Support: Deliver insightful financial analysis, including competitor analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis, to inform strategic and tactical decision-making at the Board level.
• M&A Integration: Play a key role in the successful integration of future acquisitions.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Risk Management: Maintain robust internal control systems and proactively identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with other departments to develop and implement business case scenarios for new products, services, and channels.
• People Leadership: Develop and mentor a small finance team.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bankers, auditors, and legal advisors.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong experience in manufacturing, services or long-term projects.
• Proven experience in senior finance roles within a dynamic and growing business environment.
• Experience in operating within SME businesses.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• A collaborative approach to work.
