Audit Senior/Semi-Senior

Founded over 50 years ago, our client is a highly respected accountancy firm based in the West Midlands providing a range of personal, business and corporate services to their vast database of clients. Due to exciting developments within the business, including plans to acquire other accountancy firms in the next 12-18 months, they are looking for talented and motivated Audit professionals to join their team.

Duties Include:

• Dealing with a range of owner managed businesses, including sole traders, companies and partnerships.
• Gaining a deep understanding of clients’ businesses.
• Planning and carrying out audit assigments under the supervision of a Manager or Partner.
• Identifying risk areas.
• Preparing financial statements.
• Preparing corporation tax computations.
• Reviewing the work of junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
• Complying with internal and external audit requirements.
