An established and growing business in Dudley is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their credit control team on a permanent basis. If you’re confident managing your own ledger, thrive in a busy environment, and want long-term stability in a supportive team, this one’s worth a look.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing your own B2B ledger, ensuring timely collection of overdue invoices
• Making outbound calls and sending follow‑up emails to chase outstanding debt professionally and effectively
• Investigating and resolving customer queries to remove barriers to payment
• Monitoring aged debt, identifying risks, and escalating issues where necessary
• Working closely with sales, operations, and finance colleagues to improve cash flow and streamline processes
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the credit control function

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in credit control
• Confident communicator across phone and email
• Proactive, organised, and able to hit the ground running
