Interim Credit Controller

Alexander Daniels are working with a great business in Shrewsbury who are looking for a Credit Controller on a short-term interim basis (for a minimum of 2 months).

Reporting into the Finance Controller, the main duties include:

• Work alongside the team to ensure timely payments of sales invoices, via phone and email.
• Manage customer accounts and resolve any queries which may arise, by liaising with internal stakeholders.
• Carrying out credit checks when needed.
• Maintaining records to ensure the accurate reporting of aged debt for the Finance Controller.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working in fast-paced credit control environments, will be able to provide examples of working in sole credit control roles, will be confident using Excel and will have great communication skills.
