Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Sales Support Resourcer to join the team in our Birmingham office. We are a multi-divisional Recruitment Consultancy that specialise in the placement of professionals within Finance, Legal, HR, Engineering and Energy.
We are a small company that are continuously growing and adding to the teams that operate both nationally and internationally with offices in Birmingham, Glasgow, Guernsey and Jersey. The purpose of the Sales Support Resourcer position is provide support to the consultants as well as developing a base for your future career as a Recruitment Consultant. As a member of the Sales Support team, you will have a dual role that mainly focuses on candidate acquisition and management for the division.

Duties of the role will include:
• Writing and posting adverts
• Monitoring compliance of candidates
• Assisting in marketing campaigns to promote the team/company
• Screening advert responses
• Conducting telephone interviews
• Registration meetings with candidates
• Monitoring candidate timesheets
• Scheduling interviews
• Regular contact with candidates on the existing database
• Provide support to Consultants
• General administration

In return for this role, a salary of up to £16,000 – £18,000 + additional benefits is on offer however this is dependant on experience.
