Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor for a full time permanent role based in Redditch.

You will oversee the running of the accounts payable function reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Purchase Ledger Supervisor must ensure that all expenditure is allocated and coded to the correct department, accuracy is imperative.

You will also be responsible for reviewing payment runs, reviewing expenditure reports, ensuring all processes meet and comply with company policy, ensure all tasks are covered within the team, supplier statement reconciliations are being performed and recorded, assisting in the preparation of purchase summaries and month end reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AP Supervisor looking for a new challenge. Experience in using computerised accounts packages is essential along with intermediate to advance excels skills.
