AD Energy is working in partnership with world -class solar technology organisation and seeking a Channel Sales Manager.


This opportunity is an exceptional chance to become a part of a well-established European Entity, headquarter in Munich, of a global innovator within the Solar Electronics Industry. With sustained prosperous growth and even further ambitious plans to develop in the market with new products, this position will play a vital role in enabling the reality of their vision and plans.


The essential responsibility of this position will be to coordinate and manage all German Sales efforts across all solar segments through distribution channel sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage all German distributors relationships, ensuring that Company remains the supplier of choice
  • Coordinate and assess channel sales framework and partnerships
  • Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities aligned to the strategic channel sales plan
  • Assist in the regular sales forecast of revenue, review sales outcomes and ensure strategic targets are established and met
  • Devise and action corrective measures if required to achieve and surpass sale targets
  • Be immersed in the market to monitor and understand industry trends to feedback to distributors and product management team
  • Successfully execute company philosophy and brand messaging strategy to all external customers
  • Become a complete advocate for the Company and its products
  • Cross collaboration with other divisions, and wider senior management to ensure goals are met


Key Skills and Requirements:


  • Degree educated in a technical or renewables discipline such as: Electrical Engineering, Power Technologies, and Renewables.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales
  • Direct experience in the PV Sector, specifically dealing with innovative solar power electronics will be a significant advantage
  • A profound record of channel sales strategy implementation and achievement
  • A solid and verifiable record of managing a very large multi-million-euro distribution sale channel
  • Ability to identify, pursue, and convert large sale negotiations
  • Must possess a high affinity for complex technologies and strong technical aptitude
  • Possess excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, as well as a clear focus on customer services
  • Ambitious and forward thinking in nature- ability to operate in an entrepreneurial rapid- growth environment
  • A highly-motivated professional, hungry for success and who works well independently and with others


Preferably, based in Munich, this position can be home-based and is offering a highly competitive compensation package.
