The requirement for an additional NQ Employment Solicitor is in response to client demand and due to a desire to continue to expand the Birmingham employment practice.
The ideal NQ Employment Solicitor will have a strong academic profile and will have received training in a reputable employment practice ideally with a national/regional practice. You will also be able to demonstrate a commitment to developing your career as a respondent employment law expert.
The successful NQ Employment Solicitor will have covered a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters including; redundancy, discrimination and dismissal, compromise agreements, contracts and employment, TUPE and corporate support.
