We have an exciting vacancy for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fantastic company based in Birmingham.

• Providing day to day generalist advice to employees
• Coaching and supporting line managers
• Dealing with all aspects of employee relations queries including disciplinaries and grievances
• Performance management, absence and sickness monitoring
• Full Recruitment cycle: advertising, Interviewing and selecting appropriate candidates for job roles
• Processing starters and leavers
• Maintaining all company policies and procedures in line with Employment Law

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• A CIPD Qualification
• Experience in a HR Advisory position in a fast paced environment
• At least 3-4 years experience in a generalist role
• Project Management experience
