We are urgently recruiting a HR Advisor to provide efficient and effective reward and benefits advice on behalf of the HR team. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the end to end pay review process and support the HR Manager with the following duties:

• Collating and processing salary amendments and other payroll related processes
• Liaising with payroll to resolve queries
• Coordinate pay and reward data
• Analysing, calculating and processing data and annual pay reward
• Lead, coordinate and develop the processes associated with benefit reviews
• Lead the administration of all annual HR processes including bonus schemes
The successful candidate will ideally have:
• A CIPD Qualification or working towards
• Experience working in a similar type role
• Experience in a manufacturing organisation (not essential)
