Alexander Daniels are working exclusively with our client to recruit an experienced HR / Recruitment Manager to deliver a successful recruitment process, improve employee relations and ensure a comprehensive HR function is provided across the organisation.

As the HR Recruitment Manager you are the sole point of contact for all HR and Recruitment queries.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:
• Taking a lead role in managing and delivering the companies HR and Recruitment objectives
• Dealing with all aspects of Employee Relations including Performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances and conducting investigations
• Improving existing and implementing new processes where necessary
• Writing and posting job adverts on various social networking sites and job boards
• Managing the candidate attraction, selection process and responding to any applicant queries
• Diary management, scheduling interviews and booking meetings
• Working with hiring managers to produce effective assessments and structured interview questions and where necessary assist with the interviewing process
• Sending out routine correspondence – Confirmations, offer letters, nd preparing starter packs
• Feeding back to candidates, including rejections and acknowledgement of speculative CVs
• Managing the compliance process including RTW, reference checks
• Ensuring all policies and procedures are kept up-to-date and in line with current legislation
• Liaising with recruitment agencies, managing their applicants and enquiries
• Supplier management, reviewing costs and efficiency
• Weekly and Monthly reporting to the Directors regarding HR, Recruitment KPI’s and statistics
• General administration

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Previous HR experience in a Senior Generalist role
• CIPD Qualified
• Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft packages
