We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing and Talent Advisor to join our client a leading facilities management company based in the Warwick area.

Overall Job Purpose:

The Resourcing & Talent Advisor will have responsibility for planning and delivering the recruitment strategy to enable us to attract and recruit the right people who will help deliver our business objectives. This will involve working in partnership with the business and Line Managers to pro-actively manage the candidate experience, the end to end recruitment process, relationships with preferred suppliers, all forms of social media recruitment and promoting the employer brand.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• To act as the first point of contact as a business partner for clients both internally and externally, managing high volume recruitment for a variety of positions across the business including niche and senior roles
• Writing and preparing job profiles, specifications and job adverts
• Managing the entire recruitment process from candidate pre-screening through to supporting hiring managers with interviews, personality evaluations and gauging requirement fit
• Providing performance feedback, negotiating offers, Contract management
• Liaising and building strong relationships with suppliers and external agencies
• Conducting regular site visits to senior operational stakeholders, advising on recruitment and carrying out interviews
• In conjunction with senior stakeholders, develop and implement succession plans aligned to business needs
• Offer a strategic and creative input into how to identify and source high quality candidates in a candidate led market
• Support the development of assessment and selection offerings
• Niche profile hiring to tight turnaround schedules for a variety of business units
• Recording and providing statistics and reports including time to hire, salary bench marking and related KPIs
• Reviewing and developing current policies and guidelines
• In the longer-term, you will be responsible for attracting high performing talent through strong direct sourcing options using sourcing strategies including job portals, Social media routes including Social Networking sites like LinkedIn and Facebook
• Any duties as reasonably requested by the HR Business Partner.

Performance Measures:

• Achievement of yearly personal targets and objectives
• Feedback from internal colleagues and senior management
• Completion of all tasks and projects within agreed timeframes
