We have an exciting 6 Month contract role for a Senior HR Advisor to join a professional company based in the Dudley area to support the HR Manager in a Generalist capacity. The role of the Senior HR Advisor is to provide reliable and commercially focused HR and Employment Law advice supporting employees and senior managers with all aspects of HR management and employment law.

The successful candidate will have experience dealing with Employee Relations, Redundancies, Complex HR matters taking on the following responsibilities:

• First point of contact for managers and employees
• Dealing with all aspects of employee relations queries
• Absence, Performance, Capability Management, Grievances, Disciplinaries, Investigations
• Recruitment and Selection – End to end
• Undertake projects and ad hoc responsibilities as and when required as directed by the HR Manager/Director

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous hands on experience preferably working within professional services
• CIPD Qualification or working towards qualification
• 3-5 Years experience working in a Senior Generalist HR position
• Good working knowledge of employment legislations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable experience dealing with difficult people and situations
