We are pleased to announce that they have a new opportunity within the Accounts Department at their Head Office in Warwickshire.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage our customers through the entire accounts receivable process
  • Assist to ensure debt is paid within the agreed terms within procedures
  • Production of sales invoices, statements, reminders and final notices
  • Successful allocation of all cash received
  • Building good relationships with customers
  • Assist with other Accounts Receivable functions

 
Skills & Experience:

  • Direct Accounts Assistant (Receivables) experience desirable
  • Strong communication skills & confident telephone manner
  • IT literate with good working knowledge Outlook
  • Sage experience desirable
  • Ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working within technology sector desirable
  • A flexible, enthusiastic approach to teamwork and the ability to deal with a fast-paced environment

 
Hours of work: Full-time, to fit within office hours of 9am – 5.30pm Mon – Fri.

Salary is dependent upon hours worked and experience.
