Job Description

Alexander Daniels is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a business based in the Black Country. This business is well-established within their field, maintains a family feel and boasts a progressive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving invoice queries.
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders/GRNs and posting of invoices.
  • Manage the purchase invoice register
  • Prepare payment runs
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

 
This is an opportunity for an outgoing Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a great team on a temporary basis. The business is very fast-paced with high-volume processing. There is an internal opportunity for permanent contracts and growth. The ideal candidate will have good Excel skills, have a minimum of 2 years of purchase ledger experience, working in a high volume environment and be willing to work in the office 5 days a week.
