Job Description

I am working with a fantastic company that really do value all aspects of their employees.

The department has enjoyed substantial sales growth in recent years, we are looking for an additional person to strengthen the team of up to 10 people in a busy office environment.

We are looking for someone who has an outgoing friendly personality with a minimum of 2 years finance/ credit control experience.

Job Specification:

  • Daily allocation of large value payments accurately & efficiently
  • Liaise with clients in order to collect late payments and resolve any debt issues
  • Reconciling customer statements
  • Taking incoming calls to resolve daily queries and internal issues.
  • General Admin work
  • Liaise with Customers to resolve ongoing issues
  • Build a rapport with co-workers and customers

Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Routines

  • Produce weekly/ monthly MI reports
  • Distribution of customer statements
  • Credit check analysis for potential customers
  • Monitor & review credit limits

Job Skills

· Credit Control experience

· High standard knowledge of Excel (including V-Lookup)

· Good telephone manners

· Good communications skills with co-workers & clients

· Strong organisational skills

· An analytical mind

· A good eye for detail

· Ability to work accurately and efficiently to deadlines at month end

· Problem solving
