Job Description

Alexander Daniels are proud to be working with our construction client in Telford to recruit a Payroll and Accounts Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting into the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the preparing of weekly timesheets, processing invoices and calculating expenses.

This role is perfect for an experienced Payroll and Accounts Administrator who ideally has experience working in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of weekly timesheets, including the manual calculation of hours
  • Processing all starters and leavers
  • Verify and balancing of payroll totals, student loan reports and tax deductions
  • Accurately inputting purchase orders
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Calculating, coding and processing expenses
  • Working closely with the Office Manager and assisting with daily and adhoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Payroll and Accounts Administration role Ledger and will be confident using Excel and working to deadlines.
