Credit Controller

On behalf of a well-established business, Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a large team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Credit Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for their own ledger so should be confident with maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chasing outstanding debt across ledgers, ensuring debt is no older than 30 days overdue against terms
• Working to a monthly cash and aged debt target
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and raise credit notes, whilst maintaining and building relationships with the customer base
• Interpreting information, data and reports
• Ensure accurate timekeeping to maintain efficiency within the department
• Completing other ad-hoc duties as and when required

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Credit Controller who is a confident communicator, able to deal with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in a fast-paced environment will be necessary.
