Job Description

Alexander Daniels are working with an established manufacturing business based in Dudley who are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a 12 month FTC (Maternity Cover). The successful candidate will be joining a friendly dynamic finance team based at their Dudley Head Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records on the Purchase & Sales ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • 3 invoice way matching
  • Raising proforma invoices
  • Processing multicurrency invoices
  • Generating Sales invoices
  • Uploading invoices to Business Central and keeping hard copies for auditing purposes
  • Reporting – Daily bank reports and Sales reports
  • Payment runs

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience within a similar role
  • Excel (Pivots & VLOOKUPS)
  • Knowledge of accounting systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
