Responsibilities:
Manage the full accounts payable process across multiple entities.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Review aged creditors and ensure timely supplier payments.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records.
Support the finance team with additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar accounts payable or finance role.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
Experience working in a fast‑paced finance environment.
Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in finance systems and the ability to adapt to new platforms.
