We’re on the lookout for an experienced Credit Controller to join a thriving business in Dudley on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows their way around a ledger, can hit the ground running, and is looking for long-term stability in a supportive finance team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing your own ledger and chasing overdue payments (B2B)
• Building strong relationships with customers to resolve queries quickly
• Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
• Working closely with internal teams to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in credit control (minimum 2-3 years)
• Confident communicator, both on the phone and over email
• Proactive, organised, and ready to make an immediate impact
• Available immediately and happy to work onsite in Dudley 5 days per week
