Finance Manager

Are you a qualified Business Partner or Management Accountant looking for a step into a Finance Manager roe working for a fast-paced, forward-thinking entrepreneurial company who genuinely put their customers at the heart of everything they do.

This has allowed the business to grow exponentially in the last few years and the growth is showing no sign of slowing!

We are now seeking a talented standalone Finance Manager that can help take the business to the next level and help continue their growth journey;

Duties required;

• Monthly management reporting and Board packs
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flows
• Process all day-to-day finance tasks including credit control and accounts payable
• Calculate and process journals – accruals, prepayments, depreciation, provisions
• Support the Managing Director in providing commentary on monthly and YTD financial performance
• Co-ordinate the year-end Audit Process, preparing relevant schedules and supporting evidence
• Maintain and develop internal control systems with support of Divisional Finance team

• Ability to hit the ground running with Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll
• Experience implementing processes and controls
• Demonstrable experience of being able to build relationships across all levels
• Able to think on your feet and adapt quickly
• Excellent experience using Excel for analysis, reporting and forecasting
