Transaction Services Executive – Birmingham

Alexander Daniels have been engaged by a growing Advisory Group to help them recruit and Transaction Services Executive. My client is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join their growing boutique consultancy as a Transaction Services Executive.

Our client supports Companies, Financial institutions and Private Equity investors through the provision of M&A services including financial due diligence, corporate finance, data analytics, financial modelling, turnaround and transformation, synergies and integration. They currently have offices in Leeds, Manchester, Preston and Nottingham and are opening a new office in Birmingham City Centre. The role:
You will be within the Transaction Services team with opportunities to undertake secondments to other divisions.
It will be working with other members of the team providing assistance on projects, carrying out tasks such as the initial compilation and analysis of financial data including identification of trends, performing sector and client research, attending meetings with clients and in general providing support to the team.

Application requirements:
You will need an ACA qualification (or similar)
Maths GCSE C and above or equivalent is required.
Maths A level is preferable but not conditional.
You will need to demonstrate commercial awareness and personal effectiveness skills.
