The ADvisory Scheme

Small Logo

The ADvisory Scheme is an exclusive programme designed to mentor and support newly qualified chartered accountants who are considering their options post-qualification.

The course consists of a series of one-to-one meetings and workshops which aim to guide candidates through what can be an uncertain time in their career.

During the course, we aim to cover the following four topics:

  • Career Mapping;
  • Personality Profiling;
  • CV Workshops; and
  • Interview Training.

How can The ADvisory Scheme add value to your career?

  • Candidates are better prepared and understand exactly what is expected of them at interview. This ensures that you are seen by prospective employers at your best;
  • All candidates on the training scheme are put through personality profiling. This character assessment enables us to identify which businesses you would be best suited to working at. We will never encourage you to attend an interview if we don't think the culture of a company will fit with your personality; and
  • ADvisory Scheme graduates are more likely to perform better in their chosen position. This is based on our ability to train you to be focused on delivering results in order to achieve both quicker promotion and continued further development.

As part of ADvisory, we run a monthly event called MADE at No. 11 which aims to bring together qualified accountants (or those studying to obtain the ACA qualification) for an evening of informal networking. Taking place at our very own bar at Grosvenor House, MADE offers guests unlimited access to an array of drinks and nibbles and always proves to be popular event!
