The Role
We are recruiting additional Senior Payroll Administrators to join us on a permanent basis to support us in our transition to our new digital platform. Working closely with both our Project and Payroll teams you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of payroll tasks from data inputting and maintenance of both new and existing employee details to arranging for any amendments to be made in a timely manner across the systems.
You will run, process and cross check calculations for employee payments including occupational and statutory sick pay, maternity pay and any other deductions in line with the appropriate legislation, policies and procedures, as well as sickness and pro-rata pay.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced payroll professional, CIPP qualified/ BTEC Level 3 certificate in payroll or have significant demonstrable experience in a similar role within a high performing customer focused team environment
You will have detailed working knowledge of all of regulations governing payroll administration, including NMW, PAYE, National Insurance, SSP, SMP and SAP.
Strong Numeracy and IT skills with experience processing payroll on either iTrent or SAP SuccessFactors is an essential requirement for these roles.
