Finance Business Partner

I am currently recruiting for a Qualified, experienced business partner to join this large business based in Warwickshire.

Working directly with the deputy CFO, this is an excellent commercial opportunity to join this business where your role will be pivotal within the Operational / Commercial teams.

The role is to provide decision support – analysing and interpreting management information in order to influence key decisions.  This is an integral part of the finance team, and interpersonal skills are extremely important along with analytical ability and influencing skills.

Duties will include;

• Extracting and using data to provide insightful, clearly presented analysis
• Tailor complex information to the audience to gain understanding & buy-in
• Drive and influence decision making
• Provide challenge and support to directors and their teams
• Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset to ensure productivity improvements
• Build long-standing and trusting relationships with your key stakeholders
• Involvement in ad-hoc projects

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
