Finance Business Partner

Alexander Daniels is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner on behalf of a well-established business based in the heart of Walsall on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll provide accounting support to the business through building relationships to allow an understanding of forecasting and profit maximisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day financial control for 5 regions with c£21m revenue pa
• Managing and taking ownership of a full set of Management Accounts for all regions
• Business partnering with region heads
• Producing a monthly pack with all financial data and relevant variance analysis
• Discuss and present financial results to internal stakeholders
• Monthly management of WIP and converting WIP to Income ensuring accurate billing
• Build rapport and develop trust with all internal stakeholders and colleagues
• Forecast and Budget preparation and presentations

What you’ll need:

• Part or fully qualified ACCA/ACMA or QBE
• Experience in a finance role in a multi-site environment
• Demonstrable cost control and improvements experience
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
• Strong Excel skills
