Finance Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a newly qualified Assistant Financial Controller to join this exciting business based in Warwickshire.

This business has been through a huge growth plan over the last few years and is developing a revolutionary new product. As the business edge closer towards an IPO and this role will be instrumental in helping to execute this business plan.

The successful candidate will be committed to developing their skill set and career and someone who is able to make an instant impact.

You must have a degree of gravitas and be able to interact with senior management and investors along with rolling up your sleeves and be able to demonstrate confidence in your own ability.

Duties will include:

• Preparation of budgets and forecasts including cash flow and working capital management
• Management Accounts including full commentary to the senior management team
• Ownership of the balance sheet
• Ownership of reporting to the parent company as part of their consolidation
• Key contact and lead for stock
• Build and develop a team of junior accountants
• Management and ownership of fixed assets
• Project work

 
You must have a UK-recognised accounting qualification and be 1-2 years PQE
