Job Description

Alexander Daniels is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for an engineering business based in Telford. This role is initially for 3 months on a temporary basis but there is the potential for a permanent opportunity in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Arranging payment runs
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Resolving queries on purchase ledger invoices
  • Resolving issues on difficult supplier accounts
  • Weekly purchase ledger
  • Other Adhoc tasks as required

 
This is an opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a small friendly team. Previous experience in a similar role is essential as you will be expected to hit the ground running. This role is office based and 3 days a week.
