Finance Manager (Property) – £55k to £60k + car allowance + benefits

Alexander Daniels is working with a market-leading organisation to help them recruit an experienced accountant to join a growing team as their new Finance Manager.

Salary will be dependant on experience, £55k to £60k + car allowance + pension + hybrid working + 25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Finance Manager will report to the head of finance and will be developing and leading a small finance team, providing guidance, coaching and support.

• You will be ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified
• You will have experience of IFRS16, property accounting / forecasting & budgeting
• As the Finance Manager you will possess excellent communication skills, be a lateral thinker with flare and passion
• You will be a problem solver, confident and resilient
• You will have the tenacity, urgency and pace with the ability to move the business and colleagues through change, including project planning
• The Finance Manager will be results driven with excellent planning and organisational skills
• You will have the ability to engage, communicate, influence and build effective relationships

 
Some of the key duties of the Finance Manager will be:

• Business Partner for various teams and departments when required
• Finance Manager will be responsible for the management, control, reporting and forecast & budgeting of capital spend
• Maintenance and control of the Asset Register.
• Looking at models regarding new investments
• Finance Manager will be responsible for property accounting, forecasting & budgets within the business.
• Responsible for all lease accounting
• IFRS16 accounting, budgets & forecasts
• Lease repayment cash forecasting
• The Finance Manager will challenge management and suggest solutions to problems.
• The Finance Manager will work with the business management team to achieve company strategy & targets.
• The Finance Manager will be the point of contact for external auditors regarding property-related queries.
