Job Description

Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller on behalf of a business within the services industry. Reporting into the Finance Manager, and working in a team of 2, you will be responsible for owning the full credit control process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Chasing outstanding debt across ledgers via call or email
  • Working to a monthly cash and aged debt target
  • Cross reference of receipts
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice queries and raise credit notes, whilst maintaining and building relationships with the customer base
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping to maintain efficiency within the department

It is crucial that you can demonstrate and provide examples of manipulating data in Excel, using pivot tables and using VLOOPUPs.

This is a permanent role based in Walsall, 5 days a week offering between £26k – £29k (DOE) and the opportunity to progress.
