Finance Director

Based in Warwickshire, I am looking for an experienced, qualified finance director from a complex matrix organisation who is looking for a challenging and exciting role supporting a talented and motivational leadership team.

This role works closely with the Managing Directors and will help to drive strategy and profitability.

• Advising the Managing Director’s relating to past and future financial performance within the Business Units.
• Driving strategic discussions with senior leaders by presenting financial insight and interpretation of business performance against their business targets and plans.
• Drive consistency and continuous improvement through financial processes and procedures across all the Business Units you are accountable for.
• Providing input too decisions made on the direction on the financial and operational strategy of the UK businesses.
• Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and planning process for those business units.
• Directing and coaching finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and instilling a culture of continuous improvement, both in terms of personal development and process / system improvement.
• Lead discussions with the Managing Directors around strategic risks and opportunities facing the business.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with the UK Leadership team and the UK Senior Management team, providing necessary and timely financial performance reporting and recommendations to drive business performance.
