Finance Analyst

Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst on behalf of a retail organisation based in Burton-on-Trent on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role:

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function, providing insight and analysis to drive business performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Supporting month-end and year-end reporting processes
• Analysing financial data to support strategic decision-making
• Business partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation
• Identifying trends and opportunities to improve financial efficiency

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Studying towards ACCA/CIMA (Part-Qualified)
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Experience in a similar finance or analytical role
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
