Management Accountant

Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a successful family business in Wolverhampton/Walsall. We are recruiting for 2 experienced Management Accountants to join a strong finance function. You will be playing a key role in supporting the Finance Manager and wider team with accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and proactive business partnering.

The 2 roles include 1 FTC and 1 Permament opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Provide financial insight to support operational and commercial decision-making

• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards

• Support internal and external audits

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

• Business partner with non-financial stakeholders to provide clear financial insights

About You

We are looking for someone ambitious, analytical, and commercially minded, with the confidence to challenge and support stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

• Part-qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)

• Previous experience in a management accounting or financial analysis role

• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
