Interim Head of Finance – Derbyshire (3+ Months)
Start Date: ASAP | £250.00 – £300.00 per day (inside IR35)

Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for an Interim Head of Finance to join a well-established, family-owned international business based in Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to step into a leadership role and make an immediate impact.

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you will lead a small finance team of 4 and work closely with international colleagues across Europe, Asia, and the US. You’ll be hands-on with all aspects of financial management, including:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary
• Leading the month-end close process, trial balance, general ledger, and compliance
• Driving budget planning and forecasting activities
• Supporting strategic decision-making as part of the UK management team

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, or Qualified by Experience
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or Finance Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience preferred
• Available to start immediately
