Job Description

Are you a qualified Finance Business Partner looking for a fantastic opportunity to partner with an exceptional Head of Finance?

My clients are a leading business across the UK and pride themselves in putting their people and customers at the heart of everything they do.

Due to an internal promotions, we are looking for a talented business partner.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Providing robust challenge and support to the operational / sales business leaders to maximise opportunities & minimise risks.
  • Providing, analysing and interpreting management information in order to influence key decisions.
  • Monthly sales and margin reviews highlighting key issues and working with the sales team to understand variations to target, and improvements required.
  • Track and challenge branch P&L performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive operational analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimal resource allocation.
  • Support the sales teams with new and renewing rebate deals to ensure they encourage growth.

Required;

Accounting Qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) with several years PQE, Strong interpersonal skills are essential along with proficient in financial modelling skills
