About the Role

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for business advisory and accountancy? This is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning and rapidly expanding firm, as an Accountancy Partner or Director.

You’ll work closely with our clients Head of Service Line and Senior Management Team to shape the future of our clients Business Advisory and Accountancy services, driving growth and delivering exceptional client experiences across offices.

As a senior leader, you’ll champion best practice, lead a high-performing team, and leverage your network to create new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with owner-managed businesses, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor market developments to maintain competitiveness and efficiency.
• Drive business development and expand your local network.
• Recruit, coach, and develop talented professionals within the team.
• Collaborate with Partners to deliver our firmwide accounting and advisory strategy.

About You

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with experience in business services.
• Proven track record in business development and networking.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, including cloud-based systems and outsourcing.
• Excellent communicator and influencer at all levels.
• Inspirational people manager with a passion for team development.
