We’re working with an ambitious, fast-growing Leicester-based business that is undergoing significant expansion through acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys finance administration but also wants genuine exposure to the wider commercial side of a business.

This role will see you supporting day-to-day finance activities while becoming involved in projects and initiatives that most Finance Administrators rarely get the opportunity to experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Processing expenses and supporting day-to-day finance administration
• Raising invoices and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with company schemes and internal initiatives
• Supporting lease renewals and negotiations
• Getting involved in acquisition activity, including initial stages of commercial discussions
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across various areas of the business
• Taking on ad-hoc projects as the company continues its rapid growth journey

We’re looking for:

• Previous administration or finance administration experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved beyond your core responsibilities
• Someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment
