Job Description

Alexander Daniels are working with a longstanding client to recruit a skilled Finance Administrator who thrives in a busy setting, enjoys working with a wide range of suppliers and internal teams, and takes pride in maintaining strong financial control.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices and allocating them to the correct sites and cost codes
  • Managing shared finance inboxes and handling daily supplier queries via phone and email
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for suppliers, site teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Preparing, reviewing, and processing supplier payment runs
  • Completing and reviewing bank reconciliations, investigating discrepancies where needed.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records, approvals, and audit trails
  • Supporting month‑end processes and wider finance administration tasks

Experience:

  • Strong experience in finance administration
  • Knowledge of EQUE2 / EVision is a big advantage
  • Excellent communication skills – you’ll be speaking with multiple suppliers daily
  • Impeccable attention to detail and superb organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment
  • Experience in construction or housebuilding is highly desirable
