Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a growing business based in Cannock. Working closely with operational leaders, you will provide financial insight, challenge, and support to drive performance and informed decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational stakeholders and budget holders.
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Deliver insightful financial reporting, KPI analysis, and performance commentary.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide financial modelling and analysis for business initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Support VAT reporting, audit requirements, and financial governance.
  • Drive improvements in reporting, systems, and processes.

About You

  • Part-qualified or qualified ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Strong management accounting and business partnering experience.
  • Commercially focused with excellent analytical and Excel skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
