P2P Analyst

Alexander Daniels are working with an established business based in Coventry who are recruiting for a detail orientated P2P Analyst on a full-time basis. In this role you be responsible for supporting the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process by ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payments. This role plays a key part in maintaining supplier relationships, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring data accuracy across procurement and finance systems.

Responsibilities:

• Process purchases requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in line with internal policies and budget controls.
• Review, match, and process invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Monitor open purchase orders and liaise with requestors and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfilment and invoice submissions.
• Support timely payment processing and assist in resolving blocked invoices or payment discrepancies.
• Act as a point of contact for vendor queries and ensure timely resolution of issues related to invoicing and payments.
• Work closely with procurement, accounts payable, and business units to ensure smooth P2P operations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience within a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of P2P process, invoice matching, and vendor lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement platforms.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
