About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our clients new Birmingham office as they enter the next phase of their ambitious growth plans.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio, including entrepreneurial private businesses, venture capital-backed companies, and corporate groups across sectors such as fast-growth, technology, and household names.

As a key member of the Birmingham leadership team, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, delivering trusted advisory services while driving business development and team growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow the Corporate Tax client base, developing existing relationships and winning new clients.
• Lead business development initiatives and build a strong network of local and specialist contacts.
• Recruit, coach, and develop talented professionals within the Tax teams.
• Contribute to succession planning and the long-term success of our clients Birmingham office.

About You

• Professionally qualified with significant experience in Corporate Tax.
• Proven track record in business development and networking.
• Strong technical expertise and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communicator and influencer at all levels.
• Inspirational leader with a passion for team development.
